Billing and Payment

Our policy is that payment is due at the time of service unless we are contracted with your insurance company or other arrangements have been made prior to your visit. We accept cash, check, money orders, VISA, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.

As a convenience to our patients, we will verify your coverage and bill your insurance carrier on your behalf. We provide insurance filing for primary, secondary and tertiary coverages. However, you are ultimately responsible for your bill.

Avoid overdue bills and late charges by paying your bill online. Use your credit card to pay your balance and keep your account current.

Click here to pay your bill online. If this is your first time using www.payyourdoctor.com, click ‘Create an Account’ on the right side of the screen. If you are a returning user, simply log in.

This only allows you to pay your bill; you will not be able to view outstanding balances, invoices or payment history.

Laboratory Billing: Laboratory services that are performed or obtained in our office are sent to an outside facility to obtain results. The outside facility bills separately for their services. Any billing questions related to an outside facility should be directed to their billing office.

We are contracted with many insurance carriers and networks. You may contact our office to see if we are contracted with your insurance company.

Insurance Cards and co-payments are required at check-in.
