Contacting us by Phone

In order to handle our telephone communications most efficiently, let us share some basic information about our telephone procedures:

After Hours, Holiday and Weekend Calls

Our physicians are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please call the main office number. The answering service will contact the physician on call if the office is closed.  Non-Emergency Calls should be made between 8:00a.m. and 5:00p.m. Monday thru Thursday and between 8:00 a.m. and 3:45p.m. on Friday.

One of the telephone nurses will most likely take your call, answer any questions she can, and check with the physicians when necessary. Our nurses are well trained and experienced in this field and may be able to answer your questions themselves. If not, the nurse will check with the physician and return your call.

If our nurses are busy, you will be asked to leave a message on our nurse line voice mail. This voicemail box is checked frequently throughout the day and messages/calls are returned usually within 24 hrs or less. Our Nurses try to call you and let you know they received your message and are working on it.

If you have an emergency, call 911 immediately or go to your nearest emergency room. Do not leave a message on our voicemail.

Prescription Refills
Please call between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Thursday and 8:00 am and 3:45 p.m. on Friday, so that we may have your chart available to determine that a refill is the best course of treatment. You should have the pharmacy name and phone number available.

You may also request a Prescription refill online. Click here for the Patient Portal.
