As your child nears their 18th birthday, you will start to receive messages from the patient portal informing you to unlink your accounts.

Dependant accounts can be unlinked easily by changing the password of the dependant’s account.

Follow these steps:

1. Log into the dependent’s account.

2. At the top of the screen on the right, click on ‘My Account’.

3. Click on ‘Password and User ID’.

4. Enter your current password; then enter the new password.
