Your calls to our MAIN office number (937-433-8990) will be answered by our answering service.  You will be prompted to leave a detailed message including your name and phone number. The answering service will then relay the information to the physician who will respond as quickly as possible.

If your call has not been returned in 20 minutes, please call the main office number again and leave another message.
